Economies, organizations and individuals are in a deep crisis and this time it’s not a cyclical crisis. Leaders have failed us, governments are spiraling into debt, banks are being nationalized, businesses are disappearing or reinventing themselves in a desperate bid to stay relevant, individuals are losing their jobs, their homes, and their financial security and the environment is rebelling having been devastated by man.

The crisis hasn’t come upon us suddenly like a thief in the night; it has been developing for years. Greed, excess and selfishness, fears of not having enough, constantly wanting more and using people only to achieve our objective, are some of the ills we have chosen to ignore. Me, me, me and screw-you have been the mantras that have dominated the business world, corrupted organizations, pervaded society and devastated the environment.
